Jim is a graduate of Binghamton University in New York, where he studied Law and Society, and received his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in Portland in 1995. Jim has practiced law in both Oregon and New Jersey, and specializes in family law, criminal law and estate planning and administration. Jim is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Family Law, Criminal Law and Estate Planning & Administration Sections. Jim is also a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in Oregon.
